Why I’m Jumping into Amazon Vella at the Start, Even Though the Stated Benefits aren’t Clear

Amazon’s newest program is secretive and the launch date is unclear. I love a good mystery, so I’m all in.

When the official information is lacking, it’s up to the individual to make a judgment call based on experience and an educated guess.

I’ve followed the posts, YouTube videos, and Amazon KDP’s Facebook page to try to get a clear understanding of the pros and cons of Amazon’s newest program. They’re keeping the details to the bare minimum. You’d think they’d put some money into advertising it like they do everything else.

Here’s how I formulated my best guess. I thought it might help some of you who are also on the fence.

1. I did my research.

Thanks especially to Monica Leonelle (Monica Leonelle), whose writing books are the basis of my second launch into fiction after a decade away. Her research is always thorough and amazing.
